1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They’re widely used to make sites work, work better, or to report on how a site is being used. 2. Cookies we use
We keep this to two categories. We don’t use any advertising or retargeting cookies (for example, from Meta or Google Ads) at this time.
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to function and can’t be switched off. The only one we set ourselves is a record of the cookie choice you make below, stored in your browser’s local storage as rc_cookie_consent, so we don’t ask you again on every visit.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. These only run if you accept them below; if you decline, they aren’t set, and any that were previously set are cleared.

Some browsers cap cookie lifespans below the figures above regardless of what a site requests (for example, Safari limits these to 7 days).
3. Embedded third-party content
Our enquiry forms are provided by Zoho Forms and embedded directly on our pages. Loading a form may allow Zoho to set cookies needed for the form itself to work correctly (for example, to protect against fraudulent submissions). These are set by Zoho as the form provider, not by us, and aren’t covered by the analytics choice below. You can find out more in Zoho’s own privacy policy.
4. Managing your preferences
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies, both options take one click and neither blocks you from using the site. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage and cookies for this site, which will bring the banner back on your next visit.
You can also control cookies more broadly through your browser’s own settings, including blocking or deleting them entirely; your browser’s help pages will explain how.

We may update this policy as the tools we use change. Any changes will be posted on this page.
